AF Building Design is part of the One Design group.

one DESIGN Pty Ltd or The one DESIGN Group was created by Drew Edwards, Andrew Foster, Jason Jurecky, Nick Fewster and Jason Van Noordennen and officially launched at the beginning of 2014.

The one DESIGN group is a group of like minded small businesses in the Design and Construction industry, consisting of Building Designers, Builders, a Landscape Architect and an Interior Designer. Each of these small businesses have for many years, collaborated on different projects and their synergy has consistently produced beautiful and contemporary homes, renovations, landscapes and a variety of unique and creative spaces.

In early 2013, conversations then sprang from within this group that something more “official” needed to be created to provide each of their clients with greater and more organic access to and input from each of the individual businesses in a more collaborative process.

In late 2013, one DESIGN Pty Ltd was then created and a joint office in Parkside was leased, to provide a common creative space for each of the businesses. We are proud to say that since this office was launched we have now been joined by builder Ian Schottelius (IDS Construction) as an affiliate to the group. The one DESIGN group look forward to exploring some joint venture projects into the future, so make sure you watch this space!!
